  Misleading fees, floating rate is 1.5% when "get rate" then changes to 3-3.5% fee when they send it to you. NORMAL swap mode. Proof in linked order url. Support told me they won't give me the difference. Happened 3x in a row.
  
  They did refund some funds that failed the check instead of stealing them from me, therefore not a terrible rating.

    The user sent us a high risk deposit a few times and agreed to let us process the transaction for an additional fee. For us, this is a clear indication that, if we have the option, we will process every transaction from this user for an additional fee if it is high risk, and that is exactly what happened in this case.

  • 1. The website says it is not processing transaction with high risk score at the current time. Consequently, my transactions must be low risk? You say you charged extra fee to process it for high risk, but website says it is not doing it?
    2. I previous communicated to support to not process the normal mode transaction if you will charge the extra fee unless I confirm it.
    3. When I asked about the three high fee transactions, support claimed it was normal fluctuation. Not the extra fee for risk.
    4. Website claims fixed fee mode is only for low risk transactions. After the transactions with high fees I sent two fixed fee transactions and both were processed? Consequently, they must be low risk?
    
    I am not saying it is unusable. You have a good service. Transparency around these fees and support responses was not clear. Support did not say anytything about this fees in recent emails. I had to complain about an extra $150 in fees. Hope you understand.

    1. No, what I mean is that in your case, we could have processed this transaction as high-risk ,and we did. We have TEMPORARILY suspended the processing of new high-risk deposits, but in your case, we made an exception because we already had your transaction in our systems.
    
    2. That’s true, but based on what I read in your email, there was consent to process one of the transactions that was high-risk. We believe, if you agreed to this once, every future transaction is also approved, and there’s no need to contact support.
    
    3. That’s correct, support wasn’t sure at the time and thought these were just standard fees because the XMR and ETH exchange rates were fluctuating then. You later received another email stating that any additional fees charged were due to your deposits being high-risk.
    
    4. I’m currently unable to verify whether your deposits were high-risk, but I assume our system didn’t flag them, which is why it didn’t add an additional fee. Sometimes, even with high-risk deposits, we process transactions without additional fees.

  • All three transaction were created more than 6 hour after your message " We are temporarily disabling AML Swap Mode; we are currently unable to process transactions with high AML scores. We will keep you updated! " appeared on the website.
    
    My inference from reading: if it is high score, it will be refunded "currently unable to process transactions with high AML scores". Any new transactions that pass must be low risk.
    
    Then, charged anyway and claimed high risk! I am confused.
    
    Would not have started these three transaction if I knew it was a 3-3.5% fee.
