PGP required here for messaging

Due to whatever happened with Monero Forum, this site requires all users to send messages to each other using PGP encryption. We do not want to know what you are saying and want to make it technically impossible. Obviously don't do anything wrong but this was a feature added today.

@admin so we need to decode every message?

@UsualCat Yes, but there is an unencrypted chat if you want to communicate that way.
